In 2024, we celebrated the tenth, jubilee edition of our international craft beer festival under the slogan "Future"! Once again hosted at Czasoprzestrzeń and featuring 50 top exhibitors from Poland and around the globe—including breweries from the USA, Canada, and Japan.

BGM IN NUMBERS

Beer Geek Madness is a festival with a rich history dating back to 2014. Up to this point, it has been attended by nearly 17,000 craft beer enthusiasts for whom more than 450 hectoliters of beer from over one hundred and twenty Polish and foreign breweries have been poured.

PREVIOUS EDITIONS

2014-2023

BGM 2023

In 2023, Beer Geek Madness once again attracted over 50 breweries from Poland and abroad to Wrocław, along with 2,500 beer enthusiasts. For the first time, the event took place at Czasoprzestrzeń, offering a wide variety of craft beers, delicious street food from food trucks, and live music performances.

bgm 2022 — space race

In 2022, Beer Geek Madness took participants on a space race in a formula inspired by the history.
The guests of the festival were breweries from Eastern Europe and the United States, contending for the best festival beer this year award.

BGM 2020 — black & sour

Black & Sour was an edition full of internal, controlled conflict. In 2020, the virtual Beer Geek Madness was dominated by two contrary beer styles: on the one hand, dark and full beers, and on the other, sour and refreshing ones.

BGM 2019 — RAGE

In 2019, Wrocław experienced a punk invasion from the British Isles. This edition focused on beers and breweries from Ireland and the UK, with symbolic representation from the US and Spain. It was loud, it was emotional, it was great.

BGM 2018 — INTENSE

Intensive weekend dominated by craft breweries straight from the sunny Spain.

BGM 2017 — NORTH SIDE

Jubilee edition of the festival, focused on breweries from frosty North Side of the Europe.

BGM 2016 — MILESTONE

BGM’s Milestone four-day edition, hosting breweries from the USA, Germany and distant Japan.

BGM 2015 — PIWNA ALCHEMIA

Second, one-day edition of the festival, where the special guest has visited us : The Alchemist from the USA.
